The process has been very time consuming as we have been working hard to source the best quality silicon phone cases within Australia. As this is the most critical part of our Leather Phone Wallet build.
As we are a small family owned Australian Business we are progressively working towards having silicon phone case stock on hand. With each order at the moment, we generally need to purchase a case on demand. In this process we are ordering multiples for the phone model, to begin building our stock.
Prototyping & Testing the Wallet Phone Case:
There has been a significant amount of prototyping & testing that has gone into our Phone Wallet design. This is to ensure the quality & durability meets our standards. We have worked hard to ensure the bond between the silicon case & the leather is very durable.
Along with this almost every different Phone model requires an adjustment to our pattern design. This is to allow for different heights, widths & thicknesses of the phones. Each phone also has a different shape & sized camera section.
So we are putting in the hard yards with each order at the moment to create and set our leather pattern design in concrete for each different phone model.
